Ordering options

Tammy & Benjamin products are available for purchase 24/7 through our online store. Click here to shop online.

Unless noted otherwise, items are in stock and available for shipment once order has been processed. If items are backordered or delayed, we will contact you via email or phone with the shipment date.

Order verification

You will receive an email confirmation of your order once it has been placed. You will receive a second email confirming shipment of your order. This email will include a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your delivery.

Payment options

We accept the following credit cards as means of payment for online purchase : American express, VISA and Mastercard.

Sales tax

Sales tax is 19,6 % of the tax-free value, all prices are shown with all taxes included following the French law.

International orders

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned for credit. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees.




SHIPPING

Shipping & handling

Most of the products for sale online are in-stock. However, due to the hand-fabricated nature of our products, some require longer delivery times. If products are not available in stock or available to meet shipping requirements, you will be contacted via email.



RETURNS & REPAIRS

Returns & exchange policy

If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any special orders or international orders.

Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

To return or exchange an item, please send an email
To request a return authorization (RA) number. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RA number.

Please make sure to write the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure the delivery is accepted. For your protection please insure the package for the full purchase amount. TAMMY&BENJAMIN SAS is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase.

Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you received the incorrect product, please refer to our Repairs Policy below.

Repairs policy

We will repair any item purchased through the online store. We do not support products that have been purchased from a non-authorized TAMMY&BENJAMIN SAS retailer.

We offer repairs due to user wear, production fault, lost earring mates, or any other alteration to a piece of TAMMY&BENJAMIN jewelry. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for one year from the date of purchase on our online store. After one year, repairs may incur a charge. Errors by the customer typically involve a charge. They are repaired at the owner's expense plus the shipping charge.

Should an item need to be returned for repair, please contact our Online store center by email to receive a return authorization (RA) number. Products for repair should be shipped to the address below. Please clearly mark all packages with your RA number; we are unable to accept unauthorized returns and will not accept these packages.
